Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team. The HRBP will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management serving as a consultant to management on human resourcerelated issues. The successful candidate will act as an employee champion and change agent assessing and anticipating HRrelated needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Provide strategic input on workforce planning organizational design and talent management.
- Employee Relations:
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Conduct effective thorough and objective investigations.
- Advise and coach managers on performance management employee development and conflict resolution.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract hire and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to ensure a highperformance culture.
- Facilitate onboarding and training programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Performance Management:
- Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Drive the continuous improvement of performance management processes and tools.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Work with the compensation team to analyze market data and ensure competitive salary structures.
- Manage and oversee employee benefits programs to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Develop implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of HR best practices and trends.
- Government Relations:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and government agencies.
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations and labor laws.
- Manage the process for obtaining and renewing necessary licenses permits and visas.
- Stay informed on changes in government policies and regulations that may impact the company.
- Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with government officials.
- HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR metrics to inform decisionmaking and improve HR processes.
- Prepare and analyze reports on HR metrics such as turnover retention and employee satisfaction.
- Culture and Employee Engagement:
- Promote a positive work environment and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in human resources / business administration or a related field
- CIPD / MBA will be an added advantage.
- 68 years of experience in HR with at least 3 years in a HRBP role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
