Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 13 years.
- Lead the architecture design and development of embedded systems including firmware operating systems and software solutions.
- Strong proficiency in C/C for embedded systems programming.
- Expertise in embedded technologies Android Linux Windows.
- Deep understanding of hardware architecture system integration and realtime embedded systems.
- Handson experience with SDK/API design prototyping and objectoriented programming.
- Experience with driver development for embedded platforms.
- Proficiency in tools like Android Studio Visual Studio GIT CI/CD tools (Jenkins) JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong knowledge of lowlevel debugging and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with cloud integration and Edge Computing.
- Understanding of Android Open Source Project (AOSP) and Linux kernel internals.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow Lite and OpenCV for Edge AI solutions.
- Experience with memory management hardware abstraction layers (HAL) and device drivers.
- Expertise in unit testing performance benchmarking and code reviews.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate between teams and clients.
- Proven ability to work in a fastpaced Agile environment and deliver highquality products.
- Experience in communicating effectively with users other technical teams and management to collect requirements describe software product features and technical designs
- Mentoring the team members to meet the clients needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing and reviewing great quality code
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clients needs in the context of the project
- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and nonfunctional requirements and being able to define technologies patterns and frameworks to realize it
- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements schedules and activities.
- Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
- Creating understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task and being able to justify it
- Addressing issues promptly responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
- Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
- Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirement.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
