Longterm strategic planning for new graduate recruitment
Budget management recruitment progress management and current situation analysis to formulate the best strategies
Liaise with internal & external parties to enhance company branding for recruitment
Engage with students in campus and presenting at various campus recruitment events
Followup with candidates and offers during the selection process
Planning and implementing events for talent pool formation and followup with offer recipients
Development of recruitment plans in collaboration with career centers and job media
Improvement of the selection process and recruitment activities
