Job Description
As a Sr. Software engineer your role typically involves working and delivering independently on a set of assigned tasks. At times you will be required to mentor and upskill your subordinates. You would also be required to evaluate the performance of your subordinates(in case you have any). You would be part of a highperformance team that you would be required to collaborate extensively and work. You would be expected to deliver on your core skills and develop additional skills in the job for you as well as your team. You will be a part of an offshore team usually working on a product development team serving one of our global customers.
Typical activities that would be expected are.
- Program and deliver as per the scope provided by your manager.
- Actively participate in the discussions/scrum meetings to comprehend and understand your scope of work and deliver as per your estimates/commitments.
- Proactively reach out to others when you need assistance and to showcase your work work independently on your assigned work.
Requirements
Knowledge of React components (Redux MUI ESlint Prettier etc.. Strong in React JS and Typescript
Indepth knowledge of JavaScript CSS HTML and frontend languages
Indepth knowledge of Node.JS backend languages
Experience/good exposure in any cloud environment(AWS/Azure/GCP)
Proficient in MySQL MS SQL and knowledgeable in relational and nonrelational data storage
Excellent communication with practical decisionmaking skills and ability to write clear and concise technical documentation
Strong analytical thinking and structured problemsolving abilities
Adaptive to ambiguity and willing to change in a fastpaced environment
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work with a diverse set of colleagues across functions and from different organizations
Experience with RESTful API s using JSON / XML
Experience with SSL Certificates and tokenbased authentication

Strong experience in NodeJS backend development, preferably using ExpressJS framework. Solid understanding of asynchronous programing and other Javascript concepts. Has experience in integration to external APIs. Have experience in AWS services especially Lambda and SQS. Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate effectively across many teams.
