Job Overview:
This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service managing influencer and ambassador gifting programs and engaging with the community on social media. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a passion for brand engagement and experience in social media interactions.
Experience with Shopify administration and support is a plus.
Requirements:
- 23 years of experience in customer service social media engagement or influencer management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram TikTok Facebook etc.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Passion for building relationships and fostering brand loyalty
Key Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries via email chat and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Process returns exchanges and order modifications as needed.
- Identify reach out to and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Coordinate gifting programs ensuring timely shipment and tracking of products sent to influencers.
- Monitor influencer collaborations and compile performance reports.
- Actively engage with customers and followers on social media platforms by responding to comments messages and mentions.
Shopify Admin & Support (Preferred but not required): - Assist with order processing and fulfillment through Shopify.
- Maintain accurate product listings inventory updates and promotions.
- Troubleshoot basic Shopifyrelated customer issues.
