Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Automation Engineer for a product development company in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation engineering and project management ensuring seamless of automation projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage automation projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including software hardware and product development teams.
- Define project goals timelines and deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop automation solutions implement best practices and drive process improvements.
- Monitor project performance identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and company policies.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in automation and project .
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical Electronics Mechanical or related engineering fields.
- 9 to 12 years of experience in automation engineering and project management.
- Strong expertise in PLC SCADA robotics industrial automation and IoT solutions.
- Proficiency in automation tools control systems and programming languages.
- Experience in handling endtoend product development projects.
- Excellent problemsolving leadership and communication skills.
- PMP or relevant project management certification is a plus.
