Job Title: Customer Success Representative
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1200 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a growing technology services company seeking a friendly resourceful and highly reliable Customer Success Representative to handle customer interactions manage expectations and create a positive client experience.

Position Overview:

The Customer Success Representative will be the first point of contact for inbound calls ensuring customers receive prompt and professional assistance. This role requires excellent communication skills multitasking abilities and a customerfocused mindset. Secondary responsibilities include customer outreach coordinating tech callbacks and updating ticket statuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Manage customer outreach followups and coordinate callbacks for technical teams.
  • Update ticket statuses and maintain accurate records in the companys support system.
  • Handle customer concerns and challenges with a calm and solutionoriented mindset.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent English communication skills with a minimal accent.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or customerfacing role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Productivity Suite.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.


NicetoHaves:

  • Experience working with ticketingbased support systems.
  • Background in a tech or serviceoriented environment.
