Tasks
You actively shape your position we want you to get involved and contribute ideas!
Exploratory Data Analysis & Insights
- Conduct deepdive exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends predict user behavior and optimize key performance metrics (e.g. retention ROAS).
Machine Learning & Predictive Analytics
- Design develop and deploy advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics recommendation systems and anomaly detection.
- Optimize datadriven strategies through AI/ML applications.
Data Engineering & Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for data ingestion transformation and highquality model inputs.
A/B Testing & Experimentation
- Design and execute rigorous A/B tests to validate hypotheses and assess the impact of new features.
AI/ML Integration & Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into enterprise applications.
- Ensure smooth deployment and scalability of machine learning models.
DataDriven Leadership & Best Practices
- Act as a thought leader promoting datadriven decisionmaking and implementing best practices across the company.
Requirements
MustHave
Experience: 4 years of handson experience applying data science methodologies in production environments.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas NumPy Scikitlearn PyTorch) and SQL for data manipulation and model development.Experience with cloudbased platforms (Databricks) and big data technologies (Spark).
Proven experience deploying machine learning models at scale.
Communication & Collaboration:
Ability to explain complex mathematical and ML concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Strong problemsolving skills and a team player mindset.
Comfortable mentoring others and advocating for software engineering best practices in data science.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with advanced experimentation techniques (causal inference A/B testing media mix modeling).
- Experience with deep learning and time series forecasting for business applications.
- Handson experience with ML monitoring tools (e.g. MLflow).
- Background in AdTech or marketing analytics.
