You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPortico are currently recruiting for a Receptionist (Client Support Assistant) on a 10 month maternity cover contract based at the Leeds offices of one of the largest law firms in the world.
Our team are the first point of contact for the firms staff and visitors providing a friendly welcome and seamless customer experience. They build strong working relationships with everyone they encounter and assist with any general queries they may have.
The Client Support Assistant will be part of a team of 3 who look after the visitor journey reception desk meeting room management assisting with the set up for events car park bookings as well as ad hoc admin duties and liaising closely with other internal departments and service providers.
Hours: 35 hours per week. Shifts can be 7am3pm 8am4pm 8:30am4:30pm 9am5pm or 10am6pm. From MondayFriday
Salary 22923 per annum
Qualifications :
Applicants must have a bubbly personality and excellent people skills giving them the ability to build long lasting relationships. They will have the ability to work well under pressure as well as the ability to multitask and manage their day effectively to balance the needs of visiting guests with room bookings and events management.
Experience of delivering 5star service within a busy corporate or hotel environment is essential.
