Senior Hardware Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading research and development of new technologies related to discrete and integrated electronic circuits
- Leading the design debug and analysis of discrete and integrated electronic circuits
- Leading the hardware development projects including multicore and highspeed solutions
- Writing and reviewing technical and scientific documentation
- Writing new proposals for R&D grants and projects
- Controling and supervising the performance of innovations through trials
- Conducting and supervising applied research studies and analysis
- Identifying and selecting technical solutions to a given problem
- Ensuring a technology watch on tools
- Optimizing technical solutions in terms of multiple criteria
- Preparing technical and scientific papers and patents
- Participation in project meetings
- Continuous developing of professional qualifications
- Presenting results on technical workshops and scientific conferences
- Cooperation with remote Advanced Engineering teams
- Accomplishing tasks in accordance to AS&UX and TCK quality standards and schedules

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor or MSc degree in electronics or related R
- PhD degree in electronics or related P
- Good command of English R
- Proficiency in analog and digital electronics and PCB design R
- Proficiency in microprocessor systems (embedded systems) R
- Proficiency and experience in summarizing and technical writing R
- Proficiency and experience in combining research and development activities R
- Experience in CAD and modeling and simulation tools R
- Solid scientific and technical knowledge related the company’s area of activity R
- Proficiency in electronics in theory and practice R
