Key Responsibilities:
Job Profile:
- Industrial Automation Expertise: Prior work background in industrial automation to effectively integrate PLC SCADA and automation technologies into Oil & Gas specifically Cathodic Protection Monitoring
- Project Planning and : Develop and execute water projects within specified quality safety standards and timelines.
- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources to meet project objectives within budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary contact for effective communication with clients contractors and vendors.
- Budget Control: Monitor and control project budgets implementing costeffective measures for profitability.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee project quality control to meet established standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team fostering collaboration and facilitating professional development.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience of 8 to 10 years in managing waterrelated projects as well as oil & Gas preferably with an automation background and different wired and wireless communication technologies knowledge.
- Familiarity with Oil & Gas pipeline projects remote monitoring Cathodic Protection for Transformer and Rectifier units.
- Excellent project management skills including project planning risk assessment and resource allocation etc.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience in managing budgets and financial aspects of projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Preferred candidate from the Ahmedabad/Gujarat especially with knowledge of local regulations and practices.
- Professional certifications in project management or related fields will be a plus
- Ready to travel across globe for multiple projects management
