Start food items that are prepared ahead of time making sure not to over prepare estimated needs.
Operate maintain and properly clean all the kitchen equipment.
Use safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment by using proper foodhandling skills and food safety guidelines
Perform any other duties as assigned.
