Job Description
- You will define standard offerings from our technical and industry specific capabilities.
- You present and showcase Nagarros technological competencies to business stakeholders.
- You evaluate the ideal global delivery model for every use case and customer.
- You manage current and initiate new relationships with 3rd party technology vendors.
- You collaborate with various crossfunctional teams like presales and bid support.
Qualifications :
- 15 years of worldclass engineering experience with a track record for working in a broad field of technologies and enterprise architectures.
- Background in innovation and/or research labs strongly preferred.
- Experience in agile development processes and quality management systems.
- Cuttingedge knowhow in at least 5 of the following 8 topics: Cloud Big Data & Analytics AI/Machine Learning Enterprise Architectures (API Management Microservices) Security Mobility loT & Wearables DevOps.
- Experience of working in technology consulting.
- Excellent overview of current industry trends (e.g. digital transformation) and their impact on roadmaps marketing content strategy.
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills.
- Distinct client and results orientation.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal to both technical and nontechnical people in both German and English.
- Presentation skills and ability to moderate customer meetings and workshops also be adept in speaking to large audiences.
- High intercultural skills and experience working with hybrid onshore / offshore teams.
