Purpose Statement
We Are Seeking a highly analytical and detailoriented Operations Performance Analyst to monitor analyze and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency productivity and overall performance. This role involves leveraging datadriven insights to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities for process optimization.
Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks to track key operational KPIs.
Monitor workflow processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Provide actionable insights through data analysis and reporting to support decisionmaking.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve service delivery and operational outcomes.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Generate periodic reports and dashboards to present performance findings and recommendations.
Assist in the implementation of new operational strategies and process improvements.
Support risk management efforts by identifying potential operational risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
Continuously evaluate industry best practices and recommend improvements to enhance overall operational performance.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Operations Management Statistics Economics or a related field.
3 years of experience in operations analysis business intelligence or performance management.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and performance tracking.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Excel.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work crossfunctionally and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Experience in process optimization and workflow automation is a plus.
