Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities:
Generating leads. Meeting and exceeding sales goals. Negotiating sales with prospective clients. Preparing weekly and monthly reports. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs. Understanding and promoting company products and services. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services. Maintaining client records. Answering client questions about products prices and availability.
Requirements
Minimum academic qualification of an OND/HND/Bachelor s degree in business marketing economics or a related field. 5 years cognate experience in sales.
Must have Experience working in microfinance banks and Banks Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. A commitment to excellent customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Superb interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly build rapport Competency in Microsoft applications including Word Excel Able to work comfortably in a fastpaced environment. Must have verifiable experience in the industry.
