Responsibilities:
Experienced HVAC Chiller Tech needed to troubleshoot & repair Chiller troubleshooting maintenance and repair on air cooled screw & scroll chillers up to 500 tons.
RTUs up to 50 tons VAV VFD experience editing and troubleshooting
Providing excellent customer service overseeing installation troubleshooting problem solving diagnosing and replacement recommendations for chiller systems. Maintaining a service schedule and checking safety PM & repair
Focus is on commercial and industrial clients executing comprehensive service & safety
Chiller refrigerant leak testing operational inspections coil cleaning tube bruising and descaling. Refrigerant & Vibration analysis. Starter and VDF service refrigerant recovery and distillation
Lead & train newer technicians chiller service & maintenance
Requirements
5 years of experience with Commercial and Chiller Systems
Able to work independently or as part of a team to troubleshoot and maintain & repair various types of burners including.
Chiller experience with scroll and screw air cooled chillers up to 500 tons. Technicians should have their own hand tools and a valid driver s license.
Lift & move un to 75 lbs and work from heights
