Job Description
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Utilize sales techniques to promote products or services and drive revenue
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer retention
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales sales consulting or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet sales targets
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
