Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in general dentistry with a keen interest or experience in oral surgery bone grafting and implant dentistry. Proficiency in using CEREC technology and CBCT scans is highly preferred as these tools play a crucial role in our diagnostic and treatment planning processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient examinations diagnose dental conditions and develop treatment plans.
- Provide a wide range of dental services including restorative and surgical procedures.
- Conduct extractions bone grafts and implant placements (training or experience in these areas is highly valued).
- Utilize CEREC for sameday restorations and CBCT imaging for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Educate patients on oral health treatment options and posttreatment care.
- Work collaboratively with our team of specialists hygienists and dental assistants to provide a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations and adhere to best practices in patient care.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- DMD/DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active California Dental License (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Experience or strong interest in extractions bone grafting and implant placement.
- Familiarity with CEREC technology for sameday crowns and restorations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting CBCT scans for precise diagnostics and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication and patient management skills.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth.
