Job Description
This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday 9:00AM to 2:00PM Pacific Standard Time
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to property owners in the industrial real estate sector
Identify potential buyers or sellers interested in leasing or purchasing warehouses
Verify and gather correct contact information for decisionmakers
Engage in meaningful conversations to prequalify leads
Follow a structured script and ask the right questions to determine motivation and interest level
Record and report all lead details in a CRM or tracking system
Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Prior experience in cold calling real estate or lead generation preferred
Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally
Comfortable making highvolume calls
Selfmotivated and goaloriented
Ability to work independently and meet targets
