Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively ensures brand compliance/consistency are adhered to at all times.
- Uses creative to drive performance in territory and meet local business objectives.
- Works with all wider creative editorial and marketing teams to ensure collaborative work.
- Keeps abreast of design and technology trends to maintain innovation and freshness.
- Is an engaged and enthusiastic team member sharing ideas and suggestions on process improvements.
- Achieves all requested outcomes on time and on budget.
- Reports directly to the Creative Director.
- Delivers the range of creative material required for OnAir OffAir Digital Social and Streaming as directed by the Creative Director.
- Works collaboratively or independently either as part of a wider project or within a selfcontained brief
- Understands and accepts creative feedback in a positive manner.
- Undertake other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this post for which the post holder has the necessary experience and/or training

Qualifications :
Basic Requirements:
- Proven experience in graphic design and motion design ideally with a good knowledge of broadcast digital and social.
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design or Motion Design or equal standing from an accredited Art Institute or School of Design.
- Fluency in graphics and animation programmes such as Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Adobe InDesign Adobe After Effects and a basic knowledge of Maxon Cinema 4D is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent Apple Mac skills.
- Strong creative and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of the graphic design fundamentals typography composition colour.
- Proven experience of working with brands understanding and complying with guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of moving image and current animation techniques.
- A great creative portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions.
- Meticulous attention to detail both creatively and in processes.
- Excellent knowledge of current trends creative executions and technology / software.
- Good knowledge of the production process and deliverables for (video digital and social).
- Ability to work on a range of projects at once.
- Ability to work within a team and on selfcontained projects.
- Experienced in high volume of work and tight turnaround deadlines.
- Ability to work within a dynamic design/creative team in a collaborative and productive way.
- Good understanding of current marketing media landscapes (TV Digital Digital OOH Social).
