About the Role:
Sitecores Partner Program plays a key role in driving Sitecores growth through a diverse global network of direct and indirect partners and this role will be instrumental in shaping and governing this program for longterm success.
As the Partners Operations Director at Sitecore you will be responsible for governing and optimizing the operational framework for Sitecores Global Partner Program which supports both direct and indirect sales models. This role is pivotal to ensure we have scalable operational practices to support all partners Resellers and Distributors (indirect) and Solution Services and Technology Partners (direct).
You will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the partner program ensuring global consistency while addressing regional market needs and ensuring partners have the tools processes and support necessary to drive success. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment between sales revenue and sales operations partner enablement marketing and finance.
