The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a key role in the development management and analysis of data related to Unitek Learnings Workforce Development Division operations and its partnerships with health care organizations. This role requires a skilled data analyst with an understanding of business intelligence (BI) tools data visualization and strategic reporting and will have a primary focus of working with the business development team to research and analyze trends in healthcare and use the findings to create sales strategies and effective presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building data dashboards and visualizations
- Identifying market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Performing complex data analysis to uncover insights
- Developing predictive models to forecast business performance
Market Research Sales Enablement & Presentation Management:
- Conduct indepth research on new markets healthcare industry trends workforce supply and demand and staffing challenges to identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze competitor offerings emerging industry needs and regional workforce dynamics to inform strategic decisionmaking.
- Develop compelling datadriven sales materials presentations and reports that articulate Unitek Learnings value proposition and impact.
- Project manage the development of custom pitch decks ensuring presentations are tailored to specific client needs and delivered to the sales team in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with sales marketing and leadership to refine messaging and align presentations with strategic objectives.
- Maintain a library of sales assets templates and datadriven insights to support efficient pitch development.
Data Management & Analysis:
- Collect clean and process large sets of data related to operations and corporate partnerships.
- Utilize business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI) and CRMs to develop and maintain data dashboards and reports.
- Conduct deepdive analysis on partnership performance student outcomes and market conditions.
- Perform trend analysis and generate actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with internal departments and external partners to understand their data needs and reporting requirements.
- Translate complex data into clear concise reports and presentations for both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of CRM and BI tools.
Reporting & Strategic Decision Support:
- Prepare and deliver regular internal reports on the performance of corporate partnerships including metrics such as funding student recruitment and retention job placement and partnership growth.
- Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and partnership engagement through datadriven insights.
- Support leadership in making informed decisions regarding new partnerships investments and resource allocation.
Data Governance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across BI systems and reports.
- Monitor and enforce data governance practices to maintain the accuracy reliability and confidentiality of data.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve data processes and data quality across the organization.
Training & Support:
- Train Unitek staff and external partners on the use of BI tools dashboards and reports to promote datadriven decisionmaking.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure users can interpret and act on the data effectively.

The annual pay range for this position is $70k (minimum) $75k (midpoint) and $80k (maximum).*

Business needs may require this position to be a hybrid modality in the future.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Information Systems Data Science Business or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence data analysis or a related field. Experience working in higher education workforce development or healthcare industry is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in BI tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI QlikView) CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and integrating BI tools with these systems; strong Excel skills
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets identify trends and draw actionable conclusions.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to diverse audiences.
- Organizational Skills: Strong project management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail with an emphasis on consistency accuracy and quality.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of the healthcare education landscape or workforce development solutions.
- Knowledge of academic and student lifecycle metrics including marketing admissions and retention.
- Experience with SQL statistical analysis and data modeling.
