Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support largescale organizational transformation initiatives. In this role you will work closely with technical teams subject matter experts project teams and senior government staff to drive successful change adoption across the organization.

Utilizing PROSCI or ACMP change management methodologies you will develop and execute change strategies that minimize disruption enhance stakeholder engagement and ensure seamless implementation of new systems processes and structures.

This is a REMOTE contract extendible up to 2 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs product changes and organizational impact.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies communication plans and training programs to support project success.
  • Lead and facilitate data gathering and process workshops contributing to the development of the Target Operating Model.
  • Partner with leadership to review and approve System Integrator recommendations and obtain buyin from key stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver enduser training including Train the Trainer programs ensuring a smooth knowledge transfer process.
  • Create impact assessments ADKAR readiness assessments and monitor change progress through dashboards and key performance indicators.
  • Oversee stakeholder engagement plans ensuring clear communication and alignment across all teams.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams on change management methodologies deliverable templates and tools.
  • Analyze financial and risk measures related to change management efforts and provide regular status updates.
  • Foster a culture of adaptability and continuous learning to ensure successful implementation of new systems or processes.

Qualifications

MustHave:

  • PROSCI Change Management Certification or ACMP Certification.
  • Bachelors Degree in Journalism Communications Public Relations Marketing Business or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience leading organizational change initiatives including internal and external communications.
  • Demonstrated experience creating impact assessments building change networks conducting ADKAR assessments and driving change adoption.
  • Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills for a variety of communication materials (scripts web content articles surveys etc..
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines under tight timelines.
  • Strong leadership problemsolving and team management skills.
  • Experience working with project management teams to execute change management strategies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Outlook Excel PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong business and political acumen.

NicetoHave:

  • Experience working on SAP implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign Photoshop Premiere Pro Illustrator).
  • Experience creating financial and risk dashboards for change management projects.
