About the Job:
We are looking for a Data Supervisor to join our clients team and support the Data Manager by leading the IT team in developing and maintaining internal systems. This role involves collaborating with thirdparty clients to integrate their systems into the companys reporting framework and developing new features to meet business and client requirements.
- Implement strategies for effective data collection and analysis to support the audit team.
- Oversee the generation of reports on player activity and financial performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis findings.
- Evaluate and recommend new data tools and technologies to enhance data processing and visualization.
- Identify potential risks in data management processes and develop mitigation strategies.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to implement datadriven solutions that improve operational efficiency and decisionmaking.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes and analytical frameworks for transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and reporting.
- Develop automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Ensure compliance with data protection procedures and regulations.
- Review Data Sharing Agreements with third parties to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Perform other functions as assigned based on business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Statistics or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in data analysis preferably with a background in the gambling/gaming industry.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL commands.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Preferably has experience with risk management frameworks.
- Experience with online gambling software platforms is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of gambling regulations and best practices is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Can start immediately if possible.
