We are seeking a dedicated and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant who:
Has experience working with children particularly those with SEN or a strong passion to learn about SEN support.
Is patient empathetic and able to create a calm positive learning environment for students with diverse needs.
Works well both independently and as part of a team supporting teachers and other staff members in ensuring the best possible outcomes for students.
Has strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students parents and staff.
Is committed to professional development and eager to expand their knowledge of SEN education.
