We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Economics Teacher to join our highachieving Social Sciences department at a thriving secondary school in Croydon. As an Economics Teacher at our school you will have the opportunity to teach Economics across Key Stages 4 and 5 fostering a love of learning and developing students understanding of the economic forces that shape our world.

What we are looking for in an Economics Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Economics or a related field.
- Experience teaching Economics at the secondary level.
- A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Economics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for Economics and a commitment to inspiring students.
- A creative and engaging teaching style.
The successful Economics Teacher will:
- Plan and deliver highquality Economics lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities.
- Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment where students feel confident to explore economic concepts and develop their analytical skills.
- Assess and monitor student progress in Economics providing constructive feedback and support.
- Contribute to the development of the Economics curriculum and departmental resources.
- Stay uptodate with current economic trends and incorporate realworld examples into your teaching.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and ensure the highest standards of Economics teaching.
