Customer Service Representative
Location: South Africa (Remote)
Hours: 30 hours per week 5 AM 11:55 PM PST (flexible earlier start possible)
Salary Range: $1250 $1550 per month
Industry: Canadian Consumer Proposal (Debt Solutions)
About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to help educate customers on debt relief options and guide them toward financial solutions. This role requires a blend of customer service and soft sales skills—no cold calling only warm leads provided.

Key Responsibilities
Educate Customers – Explain debt relief options to potential clients over the phone.
Soft Sales & Guidance – Help customers understand their choices and encourage them to take the next steps.
Lead Handling – Engage with warm leads (no cold outreach required).
Build Trust – Provide a supportive nonjudgmental experience for clients.
Maintain Records – Accurately document customer interactions and progress.
What We’re Looking For
Strong Customer Service Skills – Background in customer support sales or financial services preferred.
Empathy & Patience – Ability to connect with customers and guide them through difficult financial decisions.
Clear Communication – Minimal accent for easytounderstand phone interactions.
LongTerm Commitment – Willingness to stay for 1 years (due to a 6month training investment).
SelfMotivated & Organized – Able to manage leads and follow up consistently.
