Our Country Client Operations Leader is a person responsible for leading E2E process for respective country/ies including delivery to Clients lead and contribute to develop team IV SO RD and CI teams is accountable for implementation of strategic programs in delivery process for respective country/ies and is the single point of contact for the BAU Ops topics.
Responsibilities
E2E processes accountability on the country level in Operations.
Accountability for planning and production tasks for all departments: IV SO RD and CI
Delivering the best quality of managed processes (all KPIs management and firsttime righton country level).
Initiate and coordinate quality & process improvement activities and projects within the E2E process.
Develops or modifies programs to increase productivity and quality. E2E
Accountable for any new activities or projects that will impact the clients that are not on the BAU activities.
Be aware of the cost that is managing provide necessary information to take decisions about his operation and assure to have the FTEs necessaries to operate.
High and low performers identification jointly with the area leaders.
Promote engagement between areas.
Follow KPIs & secure the global SOP to keep tracking and identify improvement opportunities of all BAU process.
Responsible for overall success of function or project.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree (Science Technology Math or Engineering or administration background).
Minimum 3 years working experience leading people; good understanding of OPS environment and CIP platform knowledge.
Proven ability and seniority to manage and engage teams
Professional experience in operational environment
Project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization (incl. regional level)
Strong organizational and time management skills to help get the right priorities.
Fluent spoken and written English
Ability to solve challenging problems /Make things happen.
