ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Good communication skills interacting with Western Digital employees Western Digital cross functional teams Western Digital business partners and outside vendors.
Partner with cross functional team members within the CRE teams in EHS Security and Design / Construction to help Develop and maintain safety and standard operating procedures SOPs as built documentation and reports on root cause system failures.
Active participation with business partners within Western Digital Procurement FAs AP and overall Western Digital employees. Working with senior management starting POs contract scope of work reviews for invoice approvals monthly PO closure reports providing Go Live Project reports and monthly OpEx forecast reviews.
Campus vendor support to the onsite Janitorial Mail room and Landscaping teams.
Technical focus with problem solving ability to make basic repairs and system documentation to support senior management if and or when to vendor outsource for complicated repairs on the listed trades below.
HVAC Mechanical.
Electrical.
Plumbing.
Fire system.
Building Management Systems.
Seismic tool anchoring.
Framing Drywall and paint.
Suspended ceilings.
Flooring.
Doors and Windows.
Roofing.
Critical lab infrastructureCDA Vacuum N2 Cooling and Power.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
Good critical thinking and communication skills.
Ability to adopt new processes & systems quickly.
Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Great customer service skills.
Proficient use of Outlook email Microsoft Teams Excel Service Now ticket system and Maintenance Connect.
