Job Description
We are looking for employees (m/f/d) for vehicle purchasing. You are the organizational heart of the team that procures hundreds of thousands of vehicles every year for our innovative mobility products such as car rental subscription and car sharing. Your task: the smooth handling of all administrative aspects of vehicle purchasing. Work directly with a team of talented purchasers (m/f/d) who are counting on you. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You are responsible for calculating checking and maintaining purchasing conditions in our systems.
You are the first internal contact person for all data relating to our vehicles and you take care of various operational issues from daytoday business.
You coordinate the delivery schedules and vehicle equipment with our suppliers and work closely with the purchasers and the Yield Fleet Management and Marketing departments at SIXT.
You are responsible for the preparation creation and review of vehicle purchasing contracts.
You will be responsible for preparing condition overviews and summaries of the various contracts.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
You have relevant professional experience in Detail oriented roles.
You are fluent in English and have a good command of Spanish French would be a plus.
You enjoy working in a fastpaced environment and demonstrate a handson mentality in your daytoday work without losing sight of the details.
You thrive when you can take care of all the details of our vehicles with great accuracy and make all the data consistent.
You are ITsavvy and proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel and Word.
