Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Manager the primary responsibilities of this role include sales support administration event coordination developing marketing materials and digital marketing coordination. More specifically the duties include:

  • Managing the hotel website including writing and optimising the content to designing attractive webpages
  • Social Media management and content creation
  • Prepare from inception marketing and promotional materials brochures etc in accordance with Accor graphic standards that tells our story across multiple platforms.
  • Coordination of on site conferencing and events working closely with the kitchen and F&B teams
  • Develop and monitor a social media strategy keeping up to date with new initiatives in the communications sphere and implement where appropriate.
  • Sales Administration including preparation of contracts invoices reports. 
  • Assisting the Sales Manager with on site meetings hotel tours and client management
  • Database management phone and inbox responsibility

 


Qualifications :

To be successful and enjoy this role you will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Previous hotel/event coordination experience highly desired
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and form close working relationships with colleagues and suppliers
  • Excellent organisational skills with experience organising multiple events at any one time
  • Experience with social media and digital marketing strategies 
  • **Full Australian Working Rights Sponsorship is NOT available for this position.**
