Job Title: Chef de Partie Breakfast

As a Chef de Partie at Fairmont St. Andrews you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen working alongside a fantastic and welcoming team.

A little bit about what you will be doing:
- Actively share ideas opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
- Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards
- Run a section smoothly and efficiently
- Work on the pass during service hours
- Provide clear instructions to junior team members
- Provide training and guidance to commis and demi chefs
- Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
- Eligible to work in the UK
