We specialize in our RecruitmentasaSubscriptionService (RAASS model which is designed to provide costeffective highimpact recruitment solutions for Government NonProfits Legal Healthcare and Wellness sectors.

As we continue expanding we are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who will play a crucial role in driving new business from government and nonprofit organizations. This position offers a 6month contract with the potential for fulltime employment based on performance.

Role Overview

We are seeking a resultsdriven business development professional who will focus on securing new government and nonprofit clients for our RAASS recruitment solutions. This is a highimpact role that requires a strong network within local provincial and federal government organizations nonprofits and member associations.

Your primary goal will be to introduce and position our RAASS model as a gamechanger in recruitment helping organizations streamline hiring while reducing costs. If you are a seasoned sales professional with an established book of business or strong industry relationships this is an opportunity to grow with a company that values innovation collaboration and results.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Secure new government and nonprofit clients by leveraging existing relationships and developing strategic outreach plans.
  • Client Acquisition: Drive subscriptionbased recruitment sales positioning RAASS as the goto hiring solution.
  • Relationship Building: Develop longterm partnerships with decisionmakers in government agencies nonprofits and member organizations.
  • Sales Growth: Meet or exceed revenue targets by bringing in new RAASS clients consistently.
  • Strategic Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients through networking events and digital outreach strategies.
  • Consultative Selling: Educate clients on the benefits of RAASS and Executive Search services demonstrating how they can save 57 in hiring costs compared to traditional models.
  • Market Expansion: Play a key role in expanding our reach across North America contributing to destinationone s longterm growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven Business Development Experience: Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience preferably within government nonprofits recruitment or consulting.
  • Established Network: Existing relationships within local provincial or federal government sectors and nonprofits are required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment services executive search and North American labor markets is an asset.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to present pitch and close deals with Clevel executives HR leaders and procurement teams.
  • SelfStarter & Strategic Thinker: Highly motivated resultsdriven and able to operate in a remote autonomous environment.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems LinkedIn Sales Navigator and digital outreach tools.
