iSkala B2B Lead Accelerator is a fastgrowing lead generation agency focused on helping businesses grow through effective outreach strategies. We re looking for a driven B2B Sales Executive to expand our client base develop new business and foster client relationships to fuel our growth.

Key Responsibilities

The B2B Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and enhancing client relationships:

  • New Client Acquisition: Drive new business through proactive outreach including cold emailing calls LinkedIn outreach and when needed site visits.

  • Upselling Existing Clients: Identify and pursue upsell or crosssell opportunities with current clients to help them expand their lead generation activities.

  • Lead FollowUp: Respond promptly to inbound leads conduct discovery calls and qualify leads based on established criteria.

  • Demos and Consultative Selling: Educate potential clients on our lead generation services conduct tailored demos and deliver customized sales pitches that address specific client needs.

Sales Goals

To support our growth objectives the B2B Sales Executive will work toward the following targets:

  • Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly or quarterly revenue goals in alignment with company growth objectives.

  • Client Acquisition Targets: Meet targets for new client signups and successful upsells each month or quarter.

  • Conversion Rate Benchmarks: Maintain highquality outreach standards with expected conversion rates from leads to clients.

Qualifications

We re seeking candidates with:

  • B2B Sales Experience: Prior experience in B2B sales ideally within lead generation or marketing services.

  • Lead Generation Knowledge: Familiarity with lead generation processes and tools is a strong advantage.

  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines track leads and maintain organized records.

Skills and Competencies

This role requires a blend of prospecting communication and sales expertise:

  • Prospecting and Research: Strong ability to identify research and engage potential clients who can benefit from our services.

  • Negotiation and Persuasion: Skilled in closing deals negotiating terms and effectively demonstrating the value of our services.

  • RelationshipBuilding: A natural aptitude for building rapport and fostering trust leading to longterm client relationships.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate service benefits clearly and address client objections.

Team Collaboration

The B2B Sales Executive will work closely with:

  • Marketing: Collaborate on campaign strategies messaging and lead generation efforts for consistent outreach.

  • Account Management: Partner with Account Managers to identify upsell opportunities and support ongoing client needs.

KPIs

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Closed Deals: Number of new clients onboarded and contracts signed.

  • Sales Conversion Rate: Conversion percentage of qualified leads to clients.

  • Sales Volume: Total revenue from new clients and upsells.

  • Pipeline Activity: Engagement metrics such as calls emails meetings and demos to ensure a steady and active sales pipeline.
