Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead critical workstreams within a highimpact financial transformation initiative. Reporting to the Project Lead this role is responsible for ensuring seamless of strategic projects focused on people process technology and financial integration.
This position requires strong stakeholder engagement at both local and regional levels as well as the ability to manage crossfunctional teams across dispersed locations. The ideal candidate has experience delivering largescale transitions driving operational efficiencies and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple highvisibility financial and operational workstreams.
- Communicate project activities effectively to leadership and crossfunctional teams.
- Develop and execute strategic project plans business cases and communication plans.
- Prioritize and oversee multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
- Manage risk assessment mitigation strategies and issue resolution.
- Drive change management initiatives ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.
- Facilitate project implementation stakeholder alignment and crossfunctional collaboration.
- Present project updates and key findings to seniorlevel finance and business leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Economics Finance or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
- 5 years of experience in finance and accounting with at least 23 years in project management.
- PMP certification preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of managing largescale transitions and business integrations.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems compliance requirements and risk mitigation.
