As an Desktop Support Engineer L2 you will be responsible for:
- Firewall Support: Handling onsite staging integration configuration and testing of firewalls.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Providing advanced technical support and resolving complex IT issues.
- Collaboration: Working closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project .
- Documentation: Skilled in documenting troubleshooting steps and creating clear instructions for endusers.
- Customer Service: Delivering excellent customer service with strong communication skills ensuring client satisfaction.
- Problem Management: Identifying recurring issues and proposing preventive solutions to improve system reliability.
Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in technical support with expertise in firewall staging integration and configuration.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure including firewalls and network systems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B1 level).
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work in fastpaced environments.
- Professionalism: Business professional attitude with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
