Job Description
- Perform product master data entry from source PDF documents into excel spreadsheets accurately and timely.
- Verify existing data by comparing it to source documents.
- To upload the verified data into SAP database.
- To provide a weekly summary of the progress made in data entry tasks.
- Respond to inquiries regarding entered data.
- To assist in MSDS compilation for custom clearance purposes.
- To perform scanning and record keeping for inbound shipping document such as CIPL AWB K1 form and etc.
- To perform any other duties assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Meticulous and pay great attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel Word Outlook and Team.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
