Job Title: Dental Laboratory Sales Executive
Location: Mumbai
Experience Required: 10 to 15 years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets ensuring business growth and profitability.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the dental laboratory industry.
- Manage customer accounts including collections and accounts receivable (A/R).
- Promote and sell the companys dental products to existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and present suitable products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring longterm partnerships.
- Attend product and process training sessions to stay updated with industry trends and company offerings.
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and requests efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Complete necessary documentation including daily sales reports and other MIS reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales process and improve customer experience.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in sales within the dental industry specifically in selling products to dental laboratories.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of dental products materials and laboratory operations.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage collections and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in handling documentation including sales reports and MIS reports.
- Must have worked at least 3 years in one company demonstrating stability and reliability.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to customer service.
