Key duties and responsibilities


The Test Lead is responsible for the planning and oversight of testing activities to ensure the delivery of highquality systems and solutions. The role manages testing strategies across the MPI program.


The Technical Program Management Office (TPMO) will provide centralised technical support functions through the standardisation of technical controls policies processes and provision of consistent governance and assurance.

The TPMO Governance and Control support team will review and allocate TPMO resources across MPI projects as required including attendance at project inception and project control group meetings.

MPI projects are to be delivered in accordance with the MPI TPMO Design Management Guide. The Guide will be provided to the Supplier as part of Work Order startup.

MPI has two centralised offices that support delivery of projects. They are the Technical Program Management Office (TPMO) and the System Delivery Management Office (SDMO).

The TPMO will provide the following key functions:

Stream
Functions
Governance assurance
  • Solution governance and assurance
  • Baseline management (schedule finance solution)
  • Change control
  • Reporting
System engineering
  • Solution governance and assurance
  • Engineering governance and assurance
  • Test governance and assurance
Logistics/ITSM
  • ITSM governance and assurance
Security
  • Security assessment
  • Security governance and assurance


Requirements

Essential criteria

Bachelors Degree in: Software Engineering Computer Science or Equivalent

Essential Skills

Automated manual and performance testing Level 4 12 years
Testing methodologies (Selenium JIRA) Level 4 12 years
