Job Description
SALES:
- Assist retail and commercial customers instore and electronically (phone/email)
- Drive new business by engaging with walkin customers and recommending products
- Coordinate orders and instore pickups for commercial clients
STORE OPERATIONS:
- Participate in daily store activities (register sales opening/closing)
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
- Assist with inventory management
SHIPPING & RECEIVING:
- Manage inbound deliveries including logging and distribution as needed
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 35 years experience in retail sales customer service or similar field
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong time management organizational and followthrough skills
- High energy selfmotivated and excellent at customer interactions
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 pounds
- Frequent reaching with hands and arms
- Clear communication both verbal and written in English
