We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the team with daily office operations. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently. The Administrative Assistant will assist in handling administrative tasks ensuring smooth office operations and facilitating effective communication between departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office schedules appointments and meetings
- Handle correspondence phone calls and emails
- Assist with filing and recordkeeping ensuring confidentiality
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Prepare and proofread documents and presentations
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Provide general office support to the management team
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
