Job Description

Were seeking an experienced Growth Marketer to join our team on a 3month contract basis. Youll work directly with our portfolio of earlystage companies (typically 35 at a time) to implement and optimize marketing strategies that validate business ideas and drive initial growth. This role requires someone who thrives in fastpaced environments and can effectively contextswitch between different projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing : Design launch and manage campaigns across paid search and paid social channels with budgets of approximately $15K per company
  • Landing Page Development: Create and optimize conversionfocused landing pages
  • Conversion Tracking: Set up proper tracking and attribution for marketing experiments
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to inform content and paid strategies
  • Lead Generation: Build and manage prospect lists using data enrichment tools
  • Pipeline Management: Track and report on marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and sales qualified leads (SQLs)
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize results

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels particularly paid search and paid social
    • Google Linkedin Meta Reddit X
  • Experience setting up conversion tracking and basic analytics
    • Google Tag Manager
  • Familiarity with lead generation and pipeline management
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional communication skills and comfort providing direct feedback
  • Adaptability and comfort with changing priorities
  • Experience with data enrichment tools (Clay ZoomInfo etc.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of B2C marketing principles and how they apply to B2B contexts
  • Experience with dashboard creation in Looker or Google Data Studio
  • Productled growth (PLG) experience

  • Success in building initial pipelines of leads and opportunities
  • Effectiveness in acquiring users and booking demos within budget constraints
  • Clear communication and documentation of marketing experiments and results
