- Manage and coordinate all activities in responsible locations
- Defines and ensures the local IT strategy in accordance with Group IT and Group Sector IT
- Implements the approved IT strategy
- Defines the local requirements in strategic and operational planning: scope quality cost of services in the appropriate time frame
- Participates in the development of the technology and systems strategy taking into account local conditions and local innovation potential
- Planning and control of the IT budget and costs reporting to the CT Area IT Manager
- Ensure operation support and maintenance of plant IT Infrastructure
- Supervise manage and develop Local IT staff
- Active control of external vendors to ensure optimal onpremises service delivery

Qualifications :
- University degree from Information Technology or related departments
- At least 3 years experience in similar positions
- Excellent command of English & Italian both for writing & speaking
- Ability to communicate IT subject matter to management and to visualize requirements within IT concepts
- To be experienced in implementing IT projects
- Experience with IT service Windows desktop management LAN set up & operations
- Management skills
- Experience working with international teams
