Online Anatomy Physiology Faculty Part-time

Chamberlain University is pleased to announce a new online parttime Anatomy & Physiology faculty position in our Bachelor of Science nursing degree program. Using sophisticated stateoftheart software this professor will engage geographically dispersed undergraduate students in a virtual setting as they develop knowledge and proficiency in Anatomy & Physiology with coursework emphasizing interrelationships between form and function at the gross and microscopic levels of organization.

The typical course of instruction may include:

Anatomy & Physiology IIV with Lab (BIOS251 thru BIOS256

This is a fourcourse sequence in which human anatomy and physiology are studied using a body systems approach. 

Topics include:

1. Basic anatomical and directional terminology muscle tissues fundamental concepts and principles of cell biology history and the integumentary and skeletal systems
2. Fundamental concepts and principles of the muscular and nervous systems special senses and the endocrine system
3. Cardiovascular immune and respiratory systems
4. Digestive urinary and reproductive systems

Qualifications :

You are encouraged to explore this opportunity if you:

• REQUIRED: Masters or doctorate in Anatomy & Physiology or very closely related field (Biology biomedical sciences medical physiology) with a minimum of 18 or more GRADUATE credit hours earned DIRECTLY in ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY coursework (course code prefix ANA/PHY for example)
• At least 18credit hours of online higher education teaching experience is strongly preferred to be considered for this position
• Possess genuine passion for education and lifelong learning

Additional Information :

Chamberlain Visiting Professor Position Online:
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country the expected compensation rate for this position is between $715/Earned Credit Hour to $1950/Earned Credit Hour depending on the candidates education and experience.

Actual pay may be adjusted based on jobrelated factors permitted by law such as type of course taught; experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
