Job Description
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
The ADON will directly assist our DON in reshaping the team staffing structures and help spearhead the overall change management. This will involve supervising clinical initiatives QA monitoring metrics and above all impacting patient satisfaction. Depending on your skill set you may be involved with special programs and initiatives.

Qualifications :
What we need from you:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in IL
- 3 years of experience as an ADON Charge Nurse or Nursing Supervisor in a skilled nursing facility
- Experienced in the areas of staff education and quality measures are a plus
- Electronic medical records experience (Point Click Care) is helpful

This center is managed by TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT. We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area. These settings include Longterm Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs) Shortterm Care Rehabilitation Intermediate Care (ICFs) and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
