Travel & Event Coordinator

Our client is looking for a Travel & Event Coordinator to join their team!
Overview:
This individual will report to the Workplace Experience Manager in a distributed team setting. This person will need to be forwardthinking autonomous and flexible. They will be comfortable working in a remote environment and are an independent problem solver. This individual will have a high level of experience working with a travel tool (ideally Navan) and supporting largescale events of at least 1000 people.
Roles/Responsibilities: - Support the travel team with backend tool management (Navan) tool optimization and with employee facing communications
- Responsible for supporting the project manager of a largescale all company event in the US including but not limited to:
- Travel management registration ground transportation and remote participation planning
Role and Responsibilities: - Collaborate across teams (Admin Cohort Programs Events IT Talent Learning & Development)
- Work independently proactively identifying and solving challenges

- Communicate complex information clearly across stakeholders

Qualifications: - Expertise in corporate travel and event management 1000 attendees)
- Experience with travel tools (Navan preferred)
- Strong collaboration communication and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Suite Slack Microsoft Office Zoom
- Organized proactive and able to multitask effectively
- Critical thinker and independent problem solver
- Customerservice oriented with a focus on inclusivity
- Experience working remotely across time zones; able to travel
- Adaptable to evolving priorities and responsibilities
- Familiarity with the hightech industry and opensource communities is a plus
