Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned professional who can seamlessly integrate into our team to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies automate test cases and ensure robust code quality. This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining pipelines for ECO releases documenting processes and working closely with developers to ensure all features and requirements are fully covered.
Scope of Work & Responsibilities
- Test Strategy &
- Develop and document test plans and specifications aligned with system requirements.
- Create execute and maintain automated test cases (Robot Framework is preferred; Python experience is required).
- Manage a testing matrix to ensure comprehensive coverage of feature requirements.
- Oversee the test pipeline for ECO releases including troubleshooting and optimization.
- Integration & Architecture
- Proficiency in various data communication methods: socket messaging REST SOAP filebased interactions.
- Fullstack perspective: ability to integrate frontend systems with REST APIs and database layers.
- Work with developers to integrate test automation into existing code bases and CI/CD pipelines.
- Technical Expertise
- Strong skills in C# and SQL (MS SQL Server experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Python to write and maintain scripts for automated testing frameworks.
- Solid understanding of database design and queries to support backend testing.
- Documentation & Process
- Create and maintain clear process documentation for test pipelines and release procedures.
- Organize and maintain requirement matrices ensuring traceability of all features.
- Continually refine testing approaches to improve coverage reliability and speed of feedback.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate with developers QA teams and product managers to align on requirements.
- Provide concise updates on testing progress highlighting any risks and proposed solutions.
- Advocate for quality assurance best practices and drive process improvements.
Qualifications :
Required Skill Set
- 7 Years of experience developing automation frameworks
- Core Technologies: C# SQL (MS SQL Server) Python REST/SOAP socket messaging
- QA & Automation Tools: Robot Framework (preferred) or equivalent automation tools
- Process & Documentation: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines test matrix creation and requirement coverage
- Soft Skills: Effective communication organization and a strong attention to detail
