Are you a passionate and ambitious Drama Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for the perfect school to begin your teaching career Our client is a wellregarded and supportive school offering an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Drama ECT to join their thriving department.

Your Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
- Differentiate teaching to support students of all abilities.
- Work closely with an experienced mentor and attend tailored training sessions.
- Inspire students to develop creativity confidence and a passion for the performing arts.
- Contribute to the wider school community including extracurricular activities such as drama clubs or productions.

- A committed and enthusiastic Drama graduate with QTS (or working towards it).
- A passion for delivering highquality lessons that engage and challenge students.
- A team player with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
