Main Scope
The Director of Operations will oversee the commercial financial and operational performance of multiple locations across Central & SouthAmerica ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals and brand standards. This role requires a strong leader with full P&L responsibility the ability to drive operational excellence and a deep understanding of the regional market dynamics. The Director of Operations will work closely with local teams senior leadership and crossfunctional departments to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize performance and drive regional growth.
Financial Management: Oversee P&L implement costcontrol measures and maximize profitability.
Talent Management: Lead workforce planning recruitment training and performance development.
Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with quality standards process optimization and efficiency.
Commercial & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance brand visibility and revenue growth.
Guest Experience & Community Engagement: Ensure exceptional service and foster community engagement.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local and international regulations including health safety and operational standards.
10 years of experience in a senior operational leadership role preferably within the hospitality retail or multiunit management industry.
Proven track record of managing P&L driving operational excellence and achieving financial targets across multiple locations.
Strong understanding of the Central / South Americamarkets including cultural economic and regulatory nuances.
Excellent leadership and people management skills with a focus on team development and employee engagement.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Advanced understanding of financial reporting budgeting and forecasting.
Proficiency in using operational software systems and technology to drive efficiency.
Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
