Develop and Curate Signature Wellness Experiences


  • Conceptualize and launch a diverse range of wellness retreats fitness programs and holistic experiences tailored to different traveler profiles (digital nomads corporate groups solo travelerswellness seekers).
  • Create immersive wellness journeys that integrate yoga meditation fitness nutrition mental wellbeing and sustainability.
  • Oversee the development of onproperty and offsite retreat programs ensuring they align with brand values and guest expectations.

Build & Manage Strategic Partnerships


  • Identify and collaborate with top wellness practitioners yoga instructors holistic healers fitness trainers and nutrition experts to curate unique experiences
  • Establish relationships with luxury wellness brands health resorts sustainability organizations and global wellness thought leaders to enhance the brands credibility.
  • Develop exclusive corporate wellness packages for companies looking to invest in employee wellbeing


Oversee Spa & Wellness Services Nutrition Programs and Sustainable Living Experiences

  • Ensure all spa and wellness services maintain high standards of authenticity quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Introduce nutritionfocused dining concepts wellness menus and detox programs in collaboration with the F&B team.
  • Implement sustainable wellness initiatives such as ecoconscious spa treatments organic product sourcing and zerowaste wellness practices.


Brand Building & Market Positioning in Wellness Tourism


  • Work closely with the marketing and branding team to craft compelling storytelling around the brands wellness identity.
      • Develop content strategies digital campaigns and influencer partnerships to promote wellness retreats and experiences.
      • Create signature wellness event series workshops and popups to establish brand authority in the wellness tourism sector.


      Track Trends in Wellness Tourism & Experience Innovation

      • Stay ahead of global wellness trends including biohacking mental wellbeing alternative therapies and experiential wellness.
      • Analyze guest preferences competitor offerings and market gaps to continuously refine and innovate retreat offerings.
      • Leverage data and feedback to enhance guest experiences program effectiveness and revenue growth.

      Qualifications & Experience

      • 5 years of experience in wellness tourism health retreats fitness hospitality or luxury wellness brands.
      • Experience working with hotel brands boutique resorts wellness retreats or fitness tourism programs is a plus.
      • English language required
